The entire staff, including the security, parking attendants, front desk, cleaning and concierge were professional, courteous as well as helpful. Our room had a great view of the Marina. We enjoyed the terrace views at night as well. Our room was clean upon arrival with no issues. I agree with most reviews that the hotel is due for updating, and the premier feature of this hotel is its location.

From the moment i arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, starting from the attentive individuals at the door to the friendly receptionists. One aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by the hotel staff. They were not only welcoming but also went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. Their genuine friendliness made me feel right at home from the very beginning. However, it's worth mentioning that the furniture in some areas of the hotel could benefit from renewal. While this didn't detract significantly from my experience, it was noticeable and could enhance the overall ambiance of the establishment.

The staff are super friendly, and the location is the best in Rabat. The room was clean, except for the carpet. The food was good, with very good quality but not much variety. (some types weren't fresh) The Wi-Fi is great everywhere except for the far corner of the room.

Spacious room, plush atmosphere and rooftop poolside bar. Good food at the restaurant a la carte. Excellent location and sea view.

Great services ! Worth the money Parking Swiming pool and terrasse waiters on the Terrasse. Lovely Staff especially at the reception, Miss Nisrine and her colleague !

Location of hotel was perfect also it was fair value for the 2 night stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hospitality of the staff is amazing, the cleanliness and comfortability of the room is great and the helpfulness of the staff with all our questions, they also gave us complimentary things because it’s our anniversary

Superb location, nice view on river/sea,Hassan Tower & Mohamed VI Tower. Breakfast was good. Friendly & Professional staff. A big Thanks to Nesryne for the assistance & flexibility d uring the check in.

the swimming pool size was medium but mostly empty with an amazing view from the top floor . rooms were clean and had a view on the ocean . Room service technician fixed the squeaky doors. Restaurant has fresh food varieties and tasted good with fresh juices reception service were joyful to help and assisted my needs with a big smile especially Aumoor and omaima.
